A wearable tribute to F1 passion, painted live and signed by a champion.
In the adrenaline-fueled atmosphere of the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Spielberg, Austria, GLOD partnered with Mastercard and McLaren to create a one-of-a-kind wearable artwork. A bold expression of racing spirit, speed, and fan culture.

Using a sleek jacket by the London-based fashion brand REISS as his canvas, GLOD reimagined the emotional essence of the Papaya Army – the loyal, vibrant community of McLaren fans around the world. Inspired by movement, team color, speed lines and track energy, he hand-painted the jacket on-site, transforming it into a true collector’s piece.

The project came full circle when McLaren F1 driver Lando Norris personally signed the jacket, turning the wearable artwork into a historic moment. The piece was later raffled off to fans, offering one lucky supporter the chance to own a piece of Formula 1 history – and of GLOD’s ever-evolving archive.
This collaboration marked the intersection of luxury, sport and contemporary art. All united by passion, color, and velocity.
